Just stayed at a hotel near Times Square and Central Park. LOVED the location - close to all entertainment! Room was clean, comfy, but seemed darker than in pics. Would definitely revisit! 🌟

The location is truly amazing, with Rockefeller Center and other iconic landmarks just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a great view. It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave, but the availability of coffee and filtered water was a nice touch. The room furniture was a bit worn, and holiday traffic restrictions could be annoying. Overall, a hidden gem worth considering, with a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a great price for the holiday season.

My third visit to NY was a delight at The Jewel Hotel. Great value, friendly staff, and perfect location near Rockefeller Centre. Just be prepared for high food prices and the lingering scent of cannabis. Overall, a wonderful stay despite small inconveniences.

Have spent our 10 nights here lovely, it was just what we needed. We liked the convenience of the superior room available with great views and 2 twin bed puting togther, for example. This hotel was set in a central area not far from bars, New York and Rockefeller Plaza. Again, a multinational department store chain was not far.

Stayed for 6 nights and was impressed by this small hotel. The rooms were both stylish, neat, complete with a good view, computer and 2 twin bed. A terrace restaurant was great for breakfast.

The stay here was enjoyable, liked the hotel, it was tidy with ideal location right by Central Park, downtown and highly recommended restaurants. Lighting was natural.

The contemporary suite with two distinct sleeping areas was an absolute game-changer for our New York City adventure. It felt like having our own private mini-apartment in the heart of Manhattan. The spacious layout allowed for privacy and comfort, making our stay truly memorable.

The suite at The Jewel Hotel was perfect for me - the two separate sleeping areas were great for privacy, and the design made it feel like a cozy home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the full-size bed, but I know others might find it comfortable.

Although it said breakfast was included, we didn't get it. The lady at the morning reception was super nice. The place is in a great location. You can walk almost anywhere. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and always left the room very clean. I would stay again without hesitation.

Outside of breakfast and fact that we were not warned when we made the payment that we would be charged extra for any unforeseen event, everything was excellent.

The hotel was nicely appointed, I liked the responsive staff and great breakfasts. The location was convenient, you can visit Rockefeller Center by walking. Design of the rooms looked simple, rooms themselves were immaculate.

The hotel was bang in the middle of all the action - within spitting distance from Times Square, Central Park, 5th Ave, and heaps of subway stations; you name it, they got it! The staff were a gem, from letting us chill in our room post-checkout to sorting out a suite for us. 🌟 They had a lounge to kick back in while waiting for our room, but those pesky supply carts in the hallway did give me a bit of an eyesore.

The cleaning of the room should be deeper

The rooms were spacious and clean, with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a great shower. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering to store our bags and providing a comfortable lounge with complimentary coffee and water. The option to enjoy fresh water on multiple floors and access to a coffee room made our stay even more convenient. The only minor issue was the lack of housekeeping on one day, but overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Perfect location in front of Rockefeller Center

Very small, dark and sightless rooms on the lower floors. We asked for a change because it is difficult to sleep in such a small room and we were given a bigger room on the upper floors.

The suite has 2 bedrooms separated by a kitchen block !2 toilets and 2 toilets Ideal for traveling with friends or family.

Bed in 140 damage and in the 2nd bedroom the bed is stuck on the wall.

The staff at this hotel is amazing, very capable, and always available. the location is superb, just a few steps from Rockefeller Center, which is great for exploring the city. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making my business trip very enjoyable. I loved the little area in the room with a microwave and coffee maker, a nice touch for convenience. the lounge area on our floor was a perfect place to relax, with a coffee maker available for all guests. Overall, a very positive experience compared to my previous stays.

One thing that could be improved is the communication about room cleaning and other services. Some guests, including myself, experienced issues with the room not being cleaned as scheduled, which was a bit disappointing.

hotel is really super functional, clean and very well located just in front of Rockefeller center and in the center of Manatthan. Central Park and Time Square right next door, lots of shops around on 5th Avenue.... room was with a nice view and very comfortable, well equiped (the first night we were in a room on the 2nd floor really not very good with a view on a wall and blower in bonus super noisy, hotel warned us that it was for one night and day after they moved us to the 9th floor, phew! rest room with coffee machine (with good coffee) on the second floor at will, bottle of water at will, possibility to leave your luggage for free in deposit before departure and access to the rest room. Good value for money even if obviously it remains NY so expensive! No breakfast but many places to eat around. Frankly satisfied with the place.

Ras, absolutely ask for a room with a view of the city, otherwise risk ending up with a room overlooking a wall!

The staff was so attentive, they even fixed my door lock within 10 minutes! And the Club Living Room was the perfect place to relax, work or socialize.as long as my mobile device had network connectivity of course.

The view from my second-floor room was amazing. if you consider facing the AC units a great scenic spot.

We had a couple of problems and they solved them right away. location is perfect if you're looking to stay in midtown, right in front of Rockefeler. sink was clean and shower was nice. If I wanted to stay in that area again, I would definitely repeat.

It was generally clean, but you could see some stains from not cleaning thoroughly and there was also quite a lot of dust. But well, in hotels, and more so in those with carpets, it's common to see this dust... To say something else, the pillow was too high.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer, and it perfectly caters to business travelers with its efficient processes and convenient location just off of Fifth Avenue, providing easy access to offices and major sights in the area.

The room had a practical and comfortable setup, with a microwave, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself had a boutique feel and there was a 24-hour coffee/tea bar on the second floor. It was great to have easy access to Citi bike docks right outside the hotel.

The local pastries here are straight-up divine—think fluffy cronuts and decadent cheesecakes that'll have you coming back for more. This hidden gem is ideally located in the heart of the city. It's just a stone's throw away from Rockerfeller Center and right in the center of Midtown. The hotel is perfect for a visit during the Christmas season, with all the festive action happening close by. Plus, it's literally right next door to the American Girl shop! The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are lovely. The staff provides excellent service and there are nice touches like free water and sweets in the reception area.

One downside was the lack of a restaurant on-site, making it a bit challenging to find food options.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Midtown, steps away from popular attractions. the bed was surprisingly comfortable with fluffy pillows. the staff was friendly and helpful. the complimentary filtered water with bottles was a great bonus for someone like me who is always thirsty.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it's understandable given the central location. the air-conditioning unit was not controllable and had to be disconnected.

Convenient location: the hotel is in a key location, central to many tourist attractions. It is a short walk to Rockefeller Plaza, St Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City, Central Park, and the 5th Avenue stores. Times Square and the Theater District are also within a short distance.

Room issues: the negative aspects of the hotel included experiencing problems with the room. One guest mentioned staying in a room that was not worth the price, with a broken air conditioner, a flooded bathroom due to a faulty shower, and a malfunctioning toilet.

I loved staying at this place! The hotel is located right in the heart of Midtown, which made it easy to explore all the tourist attractions in the district. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable; they fulfilled every request promptly and with a smile. the jewel hotel is so close to everything! i could walk to radio city music hall and rockefeller center or hop on the subway in minutes. the room was clean, and the staff moved me to a brighter room when i asked. oh, and i got there early and my room was ready.

The staff gave me currency tips on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I keep coming back for city trips.
